Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — sealed and unused.

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. This policy exists to ensure the safety and integrity of the products we sell.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at athletesnutritionnc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the damage or defect.
