Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery 5–7 business days
  • FedEx — Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
  • UPS — Estimated delivery 2–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and more. International orders are shipped via:

  • USPS — Estimated delivery 7–21 business days
  • DHL Express — Estimated delivery 3–7 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
